Kerri Rathke

Kerri is a board-certified licensed nurse practitioner in Adult-Gerontology with over 20  years’ experience in hospital and clinical setting.  Kerri’s past experience includes: Medical/Surgical floor, surgical/medical/cosmetic Dermatology, Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Primary Care Clinic. Currently, Kerri sees hormone patients, including thyroid patients, and leads RMCH’s Hair Restoration and Nutritional Weight Loss programs.

Kerri made the transition from conventional to functional medicine, as a patient first, when she encountered her own challenges with thyroid disease. As she entered her 40’s, Kerri began to experience a deep appreciation for keeping the body in balance.  One of the most amazing aspects of the human body is its ability to heal itself.  Kerri discovered the importance of comprehensive bloodwork and getting to the root cause of her symptoms. She decided her health is her number one priority and committed to the plethora of changes which included: a revamp of diet and nutrition, reducing toxins and stress, swapping inflammatory fats for the healthy fats, and limiting processed sugar. Her blood work began to match her lifestyle changes.

Kerri’s primary goal for her patient’s is to reverse disease and optimize health and wellness.  Kerri believes in a strong provider-patient relationship. The roadmap to health and well-being encompasses our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self.  When a healthcare provider can successfully advocate for their patients, their work can aid in the healing process. Kerri’s motto is: “Let’s work together to restore your health!”

Kerri has three children. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, attend her kids sporting events, read, and is passionate about nutrition and exercise of any kind.
